I saw the train wreck approaching back in 2007 but was not able to do much financially at the time.
I see this train wreck also. The AI buildout of data centers is like the overbuilding of homes back in 2007.
At some point, the math to provide cooling and power, and the depreciation of the GPUs in these centers and the lack of being able to charge accordingly for these services, not to mention the insane real estate prices will cease to work out.
