It needs to be stressed often that having money does not mean you have the best genes, and all it means is that you, or someone before you, was lucky. The stupid thing with something like CRISPR is we don’t even know what combination of factors is useful, or maybe useful, for certain traits. Having a rough idea is not good enough, and putting someone else’s children up for this experimentation is ill-advised.
