99% of all the clients referred to me with depression and prescribed anti-depressants, during my 25 years of practice as a psychotherapist, were suffering from sadness and didn't need any medication.
In reality a sadness that just needs to be worked through, we dont need any medication/drugs for sadness.
We have manged sadness quite well for a millennia.
