People have caught on to the NGO's leaving pallets of bricks in protest locations and manipulating college kids into throwing them and ruining their career opportunities. My prediction is that at worst, NGO's will use social media and AI to target people on brain altering compounds to wind them up until they snap. They all write psychotic manifesto ramblings that get memory-holed. Then they all mysteriously end up with the same styles of weapons and white wax markers to mark up the weapons they somehow managed to acquire despite having a well documented and troubled past. In most cases they take out people in their own community and as awful as that is, that is not a civil war. That is tragic chaos and mayhem against innocent bystanders and it needs to stop. OSINT need to shift their focus onto these incidents to find the funding sources since apparently nobody else can do it. The federal government should seize the funding sources and distribute it to the victim families.
