I'm trying to research what can be used to help family members communicate with family in Afghanistan.
Right now all I can think of is waiting for them to acquire a satellite phone, or grabbing a satellite dish and getting satellite broadband from a foreign provider? If anyone has solutions or pointers I'd really appreciate it.
