We need to stop pretending this is harmless. The long-term effects on attention, empathy, and identity are becoming clearer and more alarming.
It’s time to treat digital exposure with the same seriousness we treat chemical exposure. In so doing we need to ask an even more uncomfortable question: if it's so bad for children then how can it be good for us?
