Sanctions aren't like normal boycotts and banks aren't normally allowed to terminate the accounts of law-abiding people.
And yes, these organizations defend the careers of their previous members. Of course.
Plus most of the people with real positions there make Musk look like an altruistic genuinely kind person, so these discussions aren't nice.
We know what this really means, the EU will really do nothing but maybe talk to the US ambassador in a stern tone. I wish here in the US and elsewhere people would stand up to the current US regime.
