Before this I resorted to setting an alarm on my phone minutes before each meeting. This was time consuming especially when meetings happen at different times each day.
Now my app syncs with my calendar and will tell me what meetings I have today and what I have tomorrow. Then I click the ones I want an alarm for and there's an auto alarm set for 2 minutes before the meeting (this can be changed in settings). It's a progressive web app, so you go to it in your browser then add it to your home screen and it operates like an application without a download required.
The alarm shows up as an audible and/or vibrate setting and the default is 4 vibrates/pings.
This has saved me on many occasions and prevented me from missing my meetings.
