Precision – Full-Stack Engineer (nyc) – Ts / React / Node / Mongo

I’m building Precision, an end-to-end commercial real estate valuation platform. I spent years in real estate investment banking at the top-producing shop in the country and left to build the software I wish we had — a modern replacement for the manual, multi-week workflow used to value office towers and large CRE assets.

I’ve built a fully working prototype myself and have demoed it to dozens of colleagues across the industry, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. I’m now working on partnerships and early funding, and I’m looking for a full-stack engineer to join at the ground-zero stage. This is true zero-to-one: shaping architecture, shipping core features, and helping take a validated proof-of-concept to a production-ready product.
