But today Upwork sent me this message.

Subject: Account Restricted: Upwork Policy Violation
Upwork Support Team Today, 12:39 PM Hi ,
Our Trust & Safety team recently reviewed your account and found that you’ve used our site in a way that isn’t intended, which is against Upwork’s Terms of Service. This includes attempts to manipulate incentive programs or service fees, and any use of bots or scrapers without our permission.
As a result, we placed restrictions on your account that limit what you can do on Upwork right now.
What’s next?
To get back to using Upwork, all you need to do is log into your account and follow the instructions on the banner informing you of our policies. From there, you can acknowledge our Terms of Service and resume your account.
Please deactivate any bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools that interact with the Upwork platform (e.g. chrome extensions or browser add-ons like ad-blockers, auto-refresh tools, third party tools and add-ons claiming to be designed for Upwork, etc.). Failure to do so will result in further restrictions being placed on your account.
You can find more information on this in our Help Center.
Upwork Trust & Safety reviews and actions content and user behavior through a combination of both automated and manual detection and review. This detection and review was completed fully by automation.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation! Please note that further violations will result in a permanent block of your Upwork account. You can learn more about Trust & Safety actions here.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
Best, Upwork Trust & Safety
