Folks, has anyone done or tried to put short-term rentals (STR) on-chain?
I'm looking to tokenize part of property ownership via SPV, to have on-chain lenders put money for yield.
Since traditional lenders have rigid terms, converting to RWA opens more opportunities.
Love to get any pointers.
