I’m offering this Notion template to anyone in the HN community, free of charge. Please use, adapt, and let me know how it works for you. Feedback welcome!
I’ve noticed EA assessments and onboarding processes are missing a key piece of the process. The exec’s preferences all in one place. It’s not just where you like to sit on the plane. Do you prefer to use contractions? How do you sign off on emails? Use or avoid emojis? When and how do you like to be debriefed? How?
This template is the user guide on you. You can fill it out solo or with me, or share with your prospective/current EA. Then use sample tasks (drafting an email, booking a flight) to see how well your preferences are picked up.
As an EA who has been taking assessments in the interviewing process, I want to help make it more productive for both parties.
