90 miles per day. I do a small commute twice a week but I wonder how fit you’d need to be to sustain that pace.

Cool post. I love that he rode a relatively affordable Endurance bike instead of some 10k high end aero bike. Even the tyre size is ~10 behind the curve. As long as you're fit enough and have a road bike you should be able to ride this as well, plus some extra days if you want to explore the route more, take more time for pictures, enjoy the scenery without having to watch the time all day. Even a touring bike should be able to handle this at lower speeds without issues.
