1 replyIt's interesting that they struck down the line item veto when Clinton was president, but when Trump does it even without a law allowing it they decide it's totally okay.

1 replyI'm as anti-Trump and appalled by the current SCOTUS as they come. But to be fair, the composition of SCOTUS was quite different in the Clinton years (Roberts wasn't even on the Court!) and this decision is technically only temporary.

So years after MAGA complains about activist judges they are silent when the Supreme Court does Trump's bidding in violation of the constitution. That aid was approved by Congress but what's the point if the President has the power of a dictator?
