if you dont have your own holdings, you will have to depend on others, and about 2weeks after disruption the thieving starts, usually anchorage criminals trying to take opportunity stealing from surrounding areas, selling it and buying thier substance of choice.
usually people dont talk about it much when they put a stop to the thieving.
