And then kiss the US auto industry goodbye. It's hard to know what Trump is serious about - other than lining his own pockets - but if he's serious about restoring manufacturing jobs in the USA, that's a non-starter. And oh, wait, there's that other thing he's serious about - maximizing oil company profits - and great Chinese EVs for $15K or less are the stuff of oil company executives' nightmares.
