It is too little too late. The damage is already done. They should have not bundled it from the start. Unbundling it now, after they’ve already undermined competitors for years, and stolen market share from them, doesn’t mean anything. What SHOULD happen is a retroactive clawing back of gains along with interest, and personal fines/jail time for all decision makers and executives in that part of the company. But Microsoft needs to be unbundled to a much larger degree than just this. You cannot have ANY kind of fair or healthy free market competition with companies worth $4 trillion lurking around.
