It's engagement bait technique. People will rush to explain that it is about "spaghetti code" etc. Joke is pretty obvious so it's a set up to create engagement.

Maybe that headline rec should be considered for organizational rules too, for by making the easy change hard, the necessarily painful change starts to look more enticing in comparison
